Claire Legal Malta - Terms of Use

Permitted Use

Claire may be used for draft Malta/EU legal and regulatory research support, issue routing, source-backed draft memos, obligation registers, and human-review handoffs inside Codex.

Professional Boundary

Claire does not provide final legal advice, does not file documents, does not contact courts, does not contact regulators, and does not provide filing or service. Claire also provides no final legal advice, no filing or service, no authority contact, no client acceptance, no conflict clearance, no STR/SAR/goAML submission, no payment processing, and no external delivery.

Institutional Advanced Access

eCourts/case-law analysis, AML/CFT assessment, regulatory workflow packs, MBR/BRIS compliance packs, and litigation-support packs are available only to authenticated vetted institutional tenants with the required Enterprise entitlement and approved connector/access basis.

Human Review

Legal, regulatory, AML/CFT, litigation, filing, and professional outputs are draft work product for qualified human review. Users remain responsible for checking facts, source currency, law-in-force status, deadlines, privilege, confidentiality, and professional obligations.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use Claire to mislead authorities, evade legal duties, fabricate evidence, impersonate professionals, generate final advice without review, submit filings, make suspicion-reporting decisions, or automate decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

No Public Portal

Claire is delivered through Codex plugin/MCP tools. The Cloudflare Worker exposes MCP, OAuth, policy, support, and backend administration endpoints only; it does not provide a public dashboard, workspace, or client-facing portal.

Professional Boundary

Codex plugin/MCP assistance only: draft legal/regulatory research and work-product support for authenticated users, with advanced workflows restricted to vetted institutional tenants. No public web user portal, final legal advice, client acceptance, conflict clearance, filing, authority contact, STR/SAR, payment, or external delivery.
